“It’s really to take something on and let the strengths of other people shine through.” – John Fairclough

He loves doing great work with others. He believes that by developing better questions, people can find better answers to specific challenges. The answers help organizations improve processes, develop teams, and protect the brand.

Humble Beginnings in the Industry

John had his share of challenges and setbacks. He used to work for family members that worked in painting companies.

He helped grow his uncle’s company, and left later to embark on his own business. To this day, he is thankful to his uncle for the trust.

Tapping the Human Resource

20 years ago, John struggled with becoming relevant. Poverty taught him to always find the good in people. According to him, circumstances sometimes mask their value.

“Managing requires to move all in.” – John Fairclough

Leaders have the power to unmask people. With care and commitment, they help allow the strengths of team members to shine.
