About the Host – Jaime Jay

Intro Culture Eats Strategy | Jaime Jay 000Jaime is the Founder of Bottleneck Virtual Assistants. He currently has 13 staff members under his leadership. All of them work remotely from home and are amazing in their own unique ways.

He also hosted the business podcast Stop Riding the Pine which ran for four consecutive years. Now, he is excited to welcome you to a new show with an extreme level of energy.

Culture Eats Strategy Inspiration

This show is inspired by the work of Peter Drucker, who was best known for his management theory and practice. Jaime’s good friend and fellow podcaster, Christopher Lochhead, introduced Drucker to him.

“You can talk strategy all day long. But if you don’t have a powerful culture that’s motivated and buying the same game plan, you’re not going to have a championship team and company.” – Jaime Jay

Positive, Authentic Approach to Leadership

The show also celebrates Jaime’s personal, authentic self. For quite a long time, he waded in the water with fear. But, now he is up and about to have solid, creative, and authentic conversations.

“It’s always neat to learn what other people are doing and how they’re implementing a positive environment.” – Jaime Jay

He desires to connect with people who have found innovative ways to transform their company culture. He believes in the power of positivity in the workplace. It empowers teams to pursue the same vision and to be on the same page.

Culture Eats Strategy is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and other favorite podcast platforms. The show airs every Tuesday and Wednesday at 6 AM CDT.

Great post! Outsourcing is useful because you can spin off non-essential processes, which lets your business direct its attention on its core competencies.
